Welcome to Luminari Photography (“we,” “us,” “our”).
By using our website or booking a session with us, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Please read them carefully — they’re here to protect both you and us, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
1. Services
Luminari Photography provides boutique portrait photography services specializing in family, children, and styled studio sessions in Winter Garden and Orlando, Florida.
Session details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2. Session Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer (deposit) is required to secure your session date.
Remaining balances are due one day before the session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Session dates are confirmed only after payment and a signed agreement are received.
We reserve the right to release unconfirmed dates after 48 hours if payment is not completed.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Reschedules are accepted with at least 7 days’ notice and may be applied to another available date within 60 days.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session or no-shows will forfeit the retainer.
Weather-related reschedules apply only to outdoor collaborations (e.g., pop-up events) and are determined by the studio.
4. Studio Environment
Our studio is an in-home studio designed for comfort, safety, and creativity.
We kindly ask families to supervise children at all times to protect both your little ones and our studio equipment.
We are a studio-specialized brand and currently do not offer outdoor sessions, except for limited collaborations.
5. Newborn Sessions
We are preparing to offer newborn sessions in the near future. Stay tuned for announcements as we expand our services to include lifestyle-inspired newborn portraits.
6. Collaborations
We partner with local kids cafés and boutique event spaces for pop-up portrait events and themed sessions.
These collaborations maintain our signature Luminari studio quality while bringing the experience to family-centered community spaces.
7. Image Delivery
Standard turnaround time for edited digital galleries is 2–3 weeks after your session.
Sneak peeks may be shared earlier on social media with your permission.
Final images are delivered digitally through a private online gallery.
Files are available for download for 30 days after delivery — please back them up promptly.
8. Image Usage & Copyright
All images remain the copyright of Luminari Photography.
Clients receive personal usage rights for printing, sharing, and personal display.
Commercial or promotional use requires written consent.
We may feature select images for portfolio, marketing, or social media purposes with your consent.
9. Client Rewards
Returning clients receive 10% off all future sessions as part of our loyalty program.
Referral Program: When you refer a new client, you’ll both receive $25 studio credit — our small way of saying thank you for growing the Luminari family.
10. Refunds
Due to the custom and artistic nature of photography, all session fees and retainers are non-refundable once services are rendered.
If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from completing your session, we will work with you to reschedule or issue appropriate credits.
11. Liability
Luminari Photography is not responsible for personal injury, damage, or loss of property during sessions.
We take every precaution to create a safe, enjoyable experience for all clients.
12. Privacy & Data
Your privacy matters to us.
We only collect information necessary for communication, booking, and gallery delivery.

13. Agreement
By booking a session, submitting payment, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with changes reflected on this page.
